HI iam sudhakar i got selected h1b approval for the year
2009 .in the h1b document they have mentioned the interview
location as chennai by that time hyderabd office was not
opened. can any one help me where i can attend the
interview hyderabad or chennai and is it the rigtht time to
attend the interview..

i think u have to visit the same consulate as mentioned in
your h1b approval. If you want to change the consulate then
u have to get back to USCIS which will take around 3/4
months to change the consulate area.

Hi,
You can attend your VISA interview in Hyderabad and infact
you have to attend the interview at Hyderabad only.
You need to schedule an appointment only depending on the
State of Residence and irrespective of anything else.
Please go ahead and make an appointment in Hyderabad.

for student visa they rejected u since u dont have confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or when ur work permit expires.justify?

Hi ,while checking my H1 B status online it is showing that case recieved status pending.why is it so.any problem or will it take some time?.
I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?
I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no response what to do....
