I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got
rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs
in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India.
For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not
explained the reason for backlogs properly.
For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs.
Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc.
For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got
good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan,
Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with
documents.
Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval
from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on
Dec 02nd 2010.
What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past
refusals?

da 4th tym..at hyd us consulate.. nd mine also same reason
1st tym communication.
2nd tym nervous, panic.
3rd tym i culdnt explain her my project.
4th tym he asked me hw many bcklgs nd i said 8 h ask y and i
told da ans..
again he rejectd me..
but i saw another visa officer giving visa for a student
having 20 backlogs...
so wat i think is US visa is pure luck..
so can i know ur ans..

Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.
Hi Guys Situation :- I am working in a Company X , and applied for H1 from a different company Y , and good part is that i have got through the H1, means i got the H1 visa stamped and it is valid till 2011 , Now my company X wants me to apply for B1 , so will the new applied B1 will effect the H1 ? Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue.
