hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? I have applied for H1B visa along with my family, We have attended H1 visa interview on 29-Sep-09. My Wife and Son has received passport along with H4 visa stamped. Yet I have not received my passport. I have checked passport status at www.vfs-usa.co.in site, still it showing “Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries”. Do anyone has an idea, that how much time it takes to process and stamp H1 Visa?

Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ?
