I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005,
but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i
got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur
file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in
MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in
Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no
response what to do....

I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?
