confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how
can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or
when ur work permit expires.justify?

tell them that ur field is growing in india. & it has lots of oppurtunities and moreover there are a lot of indian firms are having tie up with us. So' i can share same work culture as in us.

Need Urgent Help Reg H1b stamping
My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the present company in India. I have not provided the docs related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy.
