Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do
u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca
and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz
i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca
fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO
university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest
me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got
5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if
again Q will arise...How can i convince them?

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option?
