hey im from sri lanka.. last wk i had my f1 visa intrvw for
fall 2009.but its rejcted under the 214-b. i dnt knw whatz
the exact reason. visa officer ws a lady. and 1st she askd 4
my acedemic levels, then abt my college. and finalay abt my
sponsor...whn i gave her the answer abt sponsor she rejected
me. actualy my 2 uncles badly want me to study very well.
they are sponsering me and my parents and i have my own
money also, college need only 50000$ for entire degree and i
have more than that. can anybody pls tell me what to do. i
wish to apply again

same situatuion with me ,, i had the same thing last week with me in pakistan .. since i have a b1/b2 visa i will b going t o americ and apply for a change of status from b1/b2 to f1

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?

Hi, I am Gulshan... I had appeared for interview twice and going to apply for third time. I have done BCA in 2004 and since 2004 i am in working with leading finace company. I have applied for MBA. I have not given any ILETS or GMAT exam. First time the consulate asked me for my GMAT score and i was unable to give any answer. but the second time the interview was very quite imperessive. i havd given every answer to their questions but again they refused. I dont know the reason for second time. Kindly suggest me, is there any possiblities to get visa in third time?
HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. I am planning to apply again reply to this plzzzzzzzzz

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. If i get admission then can i get visa with above score and GPA Note: I have currently i am doing job and i have 2.5 year experience as a Software Enggi.
