changing from one visa to another visa. Ex from tourist to
Students in such case, if you have already mentioned then
the same in Students visa too. They will mention the

hi..i am jalark patel..i got admission from fdu university.i am a dentist..i got refusal in visa twice..they r considering me as an potential immigrant as my sister is there on H1B status..they rejected me under usa immigration law 214 b..now i m lilbit confused wat to do next???????is there any hope still alive for me to study there??? in interview that lady officer directly rejected me after hearing that my sister is der on H1B..i have a gud academic as well as financial background plus indian ties r gud but somehow they didnt give me visa..wat r dey wanting?? please suggest me as soon as possible..if it so den do v have to believe now dat if ur brother or sister is working there then u cant go there??? help me asap..waiting for kind reply..thank you..

Hi, There I am Khan i completed my bachelor degree from computer science Engineering Frm bundelkhand university jhansi UP . I got rejected 1st time i think i was not prepaid that time 2nd time again i appear and they just take my passport nothing apart frm that and they give me white slip ? I had given my interview on 7th december 2007 n i have been rejected?i don knw why?before i had given so many interviews never got so confused?there was one lady consulate she was not lukin as if in a good mood?she asked me abt who told you about this dowling college in new york i told her that one of my friend in us everybody is saying this was wrong? now i again i am trying but really frustrate that again taht lady shouldn't come? will i get visa second time is it possible?
