willing to visit india for marriage on march.
So would there be problem while entering US again.
Is there Any new Rules in 2010 reagrding this.

Why do you want to study Marketing in the United States Of America but not in your own country.
plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months.
