Cement :1> visual test : check for lumps if have then
rejected.2> cement sample rub in finger pour if feel
granular then its not fit for construction.
Aggregate : looking round in shape and flakiness percentage
in not more then 20%.
Water : clear visual(transprency,not durty) and potable in
taste
Fine Aggregate : 1> take a sample and placed in test tube
or in any transperent flask etc. and add water leave for
half an hour and see fine agg.is settled down and silt and
other impurities in upper part.
2> New sample rub between hands if hands are durty means
sample is not fit.

cement:- colour of cement should be greenish gray, it
should have no slumps, it should flot 4 some time when
sprinkelled on stell water, when hands are put inside the
cement hands should get the sence of collness.
aggregates:-coarse aggreagets when sieved should retained
on 4.75 mm sieve and it shouild get pass on 8mm sieve.
fine aggregates should pass through 4.75 mm sieve, if taken
in hands and hands are clossed cumps should not be formed.
water:- i dont think there is any field test 4 water. but
as far as possible it should be clean.
