11 kv cable resistance we can measure
Test voltage is 10 kv to 20 kv (RMS Value)
And time is depend on which voltage you are selected.
if 10 kv then time should be 120 sec..........
And resistance valu also going opposit to voltage..
if suppose volt is 10 kv then megger valu 2gomh, And if volt
20 kv and valu 1gomh then cable is ok both are same valu....

To measure the insulation resistance of 11kv cable, we need
to keep Megger test voltage at 1kv and take 2 readings; one
at a interval of 15 sec and other at an interval of 1 min.
This will give Absorption Factor which is equal to ratio of
resistance at 1 min to the resistance at 15 sec. If the A.F.
is less than 1.2(a/c to Indian Standards) then the
insulation is not good and we must take the remedy action.
