Force is exerted on the body by the flowing water.according
to scond law of newton when force on the body by the water
exceeds the weight W of solid body, it will start flowing.

The body is in a state of rest. There is friction between
the body and the pipe wall. The force of friction is the
product of the body's weight (not mass) and the friction
coefficient. This friction force resists any motion and
acts against the esternal force. If the water flows with
sufficient velocity, there can be Let the mass of water
coming in contact with the stone be Mw. Assuming it comes
to total stop on hitting the stone, the momentum transfer
to the body from the water will enable the body's movement.

there will be two conditions
1). if the size of the body nearby the pipe dia. than it
will occure choking in pipe.
2). if not than, when the pressure exceeds the weight than
it will flow but in a condition it find enough area to
provide pressure.

if spcific wt. of the body is equal or less than specific
wt. of water the body ill start flowing immidiatly as soon
aswater starts flowing.
if not the body ill start flowing when the force exerted by
the water on the body exceeds the frictional resistance bw
the body and pipe when it is in immersed condition in water.
i.e chane in momentum of water hitting the body>
frictional resistance bw the body and pipe when it is in
immersed condition in water.

It depends on the density of body if less it will float and
is carried away other wise it will remain there until the
force due to water flow exceeds the wt of body.

As far as I am consider the weight will start flowing at
that time when the pressure of the flowing fluid exceeds
the resisting capacity of the body i.e.. the body will
first obstruct the flow upto the point when the flowing
fluid pressure exceeds the body resistence

Initially it will remain at rest on the surface. slowly and slowly water will surround the block. The body will start flowing when it leaves the surface of the pipe. this will happen when buoyancy force exceeds the weight of the body W.

When the water flow into the pipe it will first hit the
solid body and if that time,if the force in the water is
equal to or greater than the frictional force which is there
in between the solid body and pipe then body will flow.
otherwise it will choke the pipeline
