1.Inspection Test Plan must has Instrument tag
no,certificate no,type of instrument,serial no,manufaturer
name,Calibration range,calibrated details ie(%span,actual
value,scale value,%error),and other inspection details(yes
or no) like Process connections correct and
undamaged,Pneumatic connections correct and
undamaged,Electrical connections correct and
undamaged,Instrument in compliance with
requisition,Enclosure marked for area classification,Vendor
calibration certificate attached.

2.for ss tubing we need to submit the pressure
range,duration,mediaum, which is used for leak check.

5.loop diagram,input and output details.
