According to me, my boss should be well natured, he should
also be strict, he should use his work ethics as and when
required. He should behave with his fellow workers as well
as agents friendly. He should make them understand very
friendly and closely. He should be well punctual at
official hours. If any agent does any mistake then he
shouldn't cry at him whereas he should make him understand
very cleverly. If any boss does so, only then he could be
considered as a best boss in the eyes of his fellow
workers.

As i had came to an interview first thing is that i must be
judged by the superior,and if you give me a chance to
choose an auhtoritie i would look the qualites like the
Work dedication ,regularity,sincerity and Management
skills. these are the basic things first we would look but
after aperoid of work the actual potentiality of the person
can be interpreated this also a high risk for any one to
look a boss for his nature.last but not least if they
permitt we could look about his crenditals in his carrer
and a small interaction with his sub-rdinate would also be
considered
