As per the Farada's the motor is working.
we applying the power to stator so it produces amagnetic
flux, this flux cuts the rotor(the rotor is short circuited
by end rings)so it produces a EMF. the difference between
the stator & rotor(act as north pole & south pole)so the
motor is running

from the faradey law of the electromagnatic induction,
whenever a current carrying conductor is placed in a
uniform magnetic field it experinces a force and the
direction of the current and the motion of the conductor
can be found by the flemings left hand rule.

motor works on the principle of FARADAYS law of
ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION.
according to this, when a current carrying conductor is
placed in a magnetic field an electromagnetic force is
produced.

motors work on the principle of FARADAY's law of
electromagnetic induction. "when a current carrying
conductor is placed in uniform magnetic field, the force
acts on the conductor.the direction of the force is given by
left hand rule". left hand rule state that if we stretch
first three fingers of left hand mutually perpendicular and
if index finger denotes direction magnetic field, and if
middle finger denotes direction of the current in the
conductor then the thumb shows the direction of force acted
on conductor.
