which level of transformer oil has got low dielectric
strength ?why?
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
if oil has low dielectric strength , ur transformer is in
warning condition ,
why ?? because of in transformer , there is high voltage
winding , it create high temperature , oil is dielectric
medium of two windings , if dielectric strength is low
that means ur oil has moisture content , and it is also
affect the paper insulation of transformer winding
so dielectric strength is very important
