RADAR means RAdio Detection And Ranging. The RADAR sysytem
has a receiver emits either radio or microwaves that are
refelected by the target and detected by the receiver which
will be placed in the same location as transmitter.Distance
is measured by the time it takes the pulse to travel to and
from the target.Knowing the frequency the wave length is
determined by dividing the frequency in MHz into give the
wave length in meters. Radar is used in marine industries
and military application.

Radar is an acronym for radio detection and ranging.
principle : radio waves (RF waves) are used to locate the
position,to find the speed, angle,& range of the target. RF
signals are generated and transmitted by the radar towards
the target.this incident energy on target is reflected in
all directions. the energy reflected in the direction of
radar is received and processed to find the information
about target.

Dear all... I have 1 0-400 duplex type RTD, I connected the A side to the temperature indicator and B side to the PLC panel, but when I have observed then found that The PLC side temp has the variation. and it was distub to other RTD temp also. so what can I do.
Hi buddies! my name is sachin and i am working as a electrical and instrumentation engineer in a paper plant. right now i am facing a problem and if someone could help me it will be an immense pleasure to me. i am using AC 800M to synchronise DCS500 drives on paper machine and rewinder.communication is on PROFIBUS and we are using NPBA-01 module to link profibus to DC drives. But these days two of these drives are showing a error named FIELDBUS COMM.TIMED OUT and the drives get tripped.I have changed the NPBA module and PROFIBUS cable. So if anyone can do please help me out with this problem.I'll be highly grateful.
what is instrument termination
in my plant 100% feedwater control v/v is air to close but due to instrument air fail, the valve opens but instead of drum level high its get tripped in low low drum level.the urv of level tx is 0 and lrv is -800.pls tell me the reason. for such behaviour.
