If the customer & the customer care executive both are of
the same state or country it is domestic call centre.
And if customer & the customer care executive both are of
different contries then it is known as International call
centre.
[Domestic and International call centre doesnt depends upon
the location of the Company]

the location of the company or client does not decide
whether a call center is domestic or international.
it is always customer's location that determines whether a
call center is a domestic canter.
with domestic call center the call center and the customer
are always located in the same country.
with international call center the call center and the
customer are always located in different countries.
for example : international call center customer in US AND
call center in INDIA or in any other country
but not in US the same country.
DOMESTIC CALL CENTER : THE CUSTOMER IS IN INDIA AND THE
CALL CENTER IS ALSO IN INDIA THAT
CALLED DOMESTIC CALL CENTER.
