NO, IT IS NOT....
oms law is " as physical state of conductor remains same
the voltage applied is directly propertional to current
flowing through it."
but in case of semiconductor current flowing through it
depends on many factors as its breakdown voltage,its
polarity,its forbidden energy gap,etc

Ohm's law holds good only for linear elements.(resistor,
inductor,capacitor).
And it is not applicable nonlinear elements.(all
semiconductor devices).
