Why the shape of OP-AMP is triangular not other shape?

because it has two i/p and one o/p .
using three terminal we can simply make a triangle .

As it has 2 inputs & 1 output & o/p is wrt 2-i/ps,now a
block with minimum(sufficient) area producing 1-o/p
corresponding to 2 i/ps must be triangle with o/p at its
vertex .It shows above picture with area as triange.
It is the standard symbol for OPAMP IC and it is used all
over the world.

one output the better arrangement comes out to be
triangular than any other shape...
