Hi all,
I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov.
They have asked very few questions abt Current employer ,
Experience and my previous US Visit.
But somehow they were not confident abt US company.
They have asked to come again with IT
returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US
company on any working day to the Consulate.
My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are
genuine Documents.
Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome?

Pls go with all the documents and they will verify your
docs if they feel those docs are correct they will take
your passport..

u must carry all the papers,proof,what they asked for, but
it's not necessary that they will go through that all. its
up to u by ur presentation, straight-forward & clear answer
to the consuler to convincing for granting u the visa.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? Hi, I am a software engineer. And in due time i will apply H1 visa. My concern over here is the spelling of my First name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and Engineering markesheets and certificates are different. Will there be an issue if i apply for Visa aned what should i do over here. Thanks
