Hi all,
I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov.
They have asked very few questions abt Current employer ,
Experience and my previous US Visit.
But somehow they were not confident abt US company.
They have asked to come again with IT
returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US
company on any working day to the Consulate.
My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are
genuine Documents.
Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome?

Hi
Pls go with all the documents and they will verify your
docs if they feel those docs are correct they will take
your passport..

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

1. I am currently working at CompanyA in L1B visa, I am going to apply H1B visa through CompanyB in March 2013. If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month.
