Hi all,
I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov.
They have asked very few questions abt Current employer ,
Experience and my previous US Visit.
But somehow they were not confident abt US company.
They have asked to come again with IT
returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US
company on any working day to the Consulate.
My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are
genuine Documents.
Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome?

u must carry all the papers,proof,what they asked for, but
it's not necessary that they will go through that all. its
up to u by ur presentation, straight-forward & clear answer
to the consuler to convincing for granting u the visa.

Can I see the Employee petition to USCIS, Tax Returns of the Company?
hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
