Hi,
I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3
yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California
(currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years).
Qualification: B.com (Computer's)
Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or
Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor.
1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa?
2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience?
3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then
come back to India then file H1 application?
Please advise?

I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.

During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there. My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could provide a sample that would be really great. I would like to have some template kind of thing.

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? i applied for H1B to US and i'm going next week to interview. i'm working as programmer are they ask any question related to my working platform. i mean are they going to check my knowledge on subject.
