Hi,
I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3
yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California
(currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years).
Qualification: B.com (Computer's)
Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or
Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor.
1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa?
2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience?
3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then
come back to India then file H1 application?
Please advise?

They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client papers. is it problem for me in embassy
My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.
