Hi, I am a software engineer. And in due time i will apply
H1 visa. My concern over here is the spelling of my First
name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and
Engineering markesheets and certificates are different.
Will there be an issue if i apply for Visa aned what should
i do over here.

Yes there would be defenitely some problem. Make sure your
name is exactly same on all certificates.Apply to ur
corresponding universities. If you have one difference it
is ok, but you are telling ssc,diploma and marksheets all
are different.all the best

certainly there will be problem becoz name is only unique
identifier which proves the candidate true. As u r name
itself is different in variious certificates how can u
prove that ur only the true candidate.

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?

I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.
