WHERE AS I THINK,
IF U WANT GAIN SOME EXPERIENCE THEN THERE IS ONLY HARD WORK,
U WILL NOT ABLE TO GAIN EXPERIENCE WHILE DOING SMART WORK.
SO HARD WORK IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR SMART WORK AND ALSO FOR
STABILITY IN LIFE.

If u open the cap of bottle in
wrong direction, that is hard
work
but
if u open the cap in right
direction, it is smart work.
See, there is nothing like
smart work, working in right
direction, right way is smart
work but hardness is still
there.
So both of these have the
relation.
Do hard work in right
direction, it will become
smart work automatically.

To understand this smart & hard work concept is difficult,
let me give an example and say.....

Hard work is like donkey, you work hard day and night to
get it but when you get the result you loose interest in
that... the satisfaction level is minimum.

A smart work is like a horse race, easy to get, sharpens
your mind, in a short span of time result can be seen.
Which makes you feel happy. So think smart to be that stop
being hard in the thoughts.
