A.. There will be four rounds of interview in IBM
1. Personal introduction with basic technicalquestions
related to your profile.
2. deeply Technical round according to your profile
3. Voice and accent round, (tell me about yourself. Talk on
topic for 2minutes,One pa-cage will run listen carefully
and explain about that).
4. HR Round (If you clear )
Then you are part of IBM Organization..

IBM selection process includes five rounds exactly they are
1) HR phone call (here they will checks our communication skills) in this round questions like tell me about your self/why should i hire you like wise.
2)once after we complete communication round then they will forwords our resume to the technical reciters then they will ask some basic questions regarding languages we mentioned in our resume.
3)in this round we have to attend a aptitude test.
4)Once they are satisfied with our answers then will send interview call letter this is face to face interview.
5)final is hr round their they will discus about salary and all.

There are 3 rounds for IBM voice based tech support. They are:
1. Group discussion
2. Technical Interview
3. Communication Assessment round
First two rounds are easy to clear but the last one is little difficult where ur accent is checked.

HI frnds i got selected for ibm it help desk on 30 april
2011 but still waiting for offer letter.
there are 4 rounds for this
1.PIR WITH ANY TOPIC
2.TECH QUESTIONS BASCIS
3.HR ROUND PERSONAL DETAILS IT MIGHT ABOUT UR PLACE,COUNTRY ETC
4.HIRING MANAGER SALARY DETAILS.

out 200 i got selected for top 13 in group discussion and out of that they refined to select 4 (including me) and they had technical round where i was selected to voice and accent round.
And finally after the round they told they will call me.
Will they call me ?
if no can i use an influence as my uncle is one of the directors in IBM.
Please i need a solution for my problem.
Becoming an IBMer is my dream..no matter what, as i am from technical background.

I have debt of 5 lacs in bank, due to financial crisis I lost my job and at present I'm jobless. I can't able to repay the loan and credit cards. Bankers are not trying to understand my situation and they threat me email by stating that I can't able to open new bank account and new jobs and visa process and passport will be terminated. Please anybody help me how to solve this problem is it true that I will not get new job and visa process.
