IBM selection process includes five rounds exactly they are
1) HR phone call (here they will checks our communication skills) in this round questions like tell me about your self/why should i hire you like wise.
2)once after we complete communication round then they will forwords our resume to the technical reciters then they will ask some basic questions regarding languages we mentioned in our resume.
3)in this round we have to attend a aptitude test.
4)Once they are satisfied with our answers then will send interview call letter this is face to face interview.
5)final is hr round their they will discus about salary and all.
