Input power is 380 - 450 V but with 45 - 55 Hz frequency -
desired output is 415 V and 50hz with 1% variation
permissible. CVT / Servo dont stabilize the Frequency -
what is best solution??

I completely agree with Rvg. SMPS is the best possible
solution when it comes to varying the frequency and
voltage. Good thinking Rvg. Compact, efficient and
effective, the only disadvantage is radio noise created by
it which can be easily shielded.

using PIU(POWER INTER FACE UNIT).its working is i/p voltage
is HIGH r LOW.but o/p is CONSTANT.

Frequency is dependent on the prime mover, the speed
regulation of which, is very bad.

the logic behind stabilising the frequency fluctuations is
to slow down the rate of change of current in the circiut.
we should use a proper rating inductor in serieswith the
supply....thats it.

Question is not clear , bcz i dont know about source of
power, if generator then u should be istalled AVR, not
possible this fault in grid supply
