these terms are used in control systems.we know that the open loop control system should have high sensitivity then closed loop control system.stability is the parameter which tells the performance of a system.

how can we measure 220kv or more than these voltages ...?and also how can we conform whether we r getting 220kv from generating stations throuth the h v transmission lines?
