Providing you work full time for the company who sponcerd
your L1 and remain getting the same salary. Then, if you
wish to study in your spare time it should not be a poblem,
as with volentary work etc.,

Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition was selected in the random selection. The Company A has told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07. Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and H1b are being processed at the same year?

Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? I am having B1 visa, my company is sending to US for 3 months on B1 visa. below are my questions 1. My manger applied for L1 and if i go to US on B1, how can i attend the L1 interview 2. Do i continue in US if i get L1 visa.

I did B.com with computers and then M.com. I worked in BPO for 1.5 years and then I moved to IT industry. I have IT experience of 32 months excluding BPO and i traveled US twice on B1 visa. Now my company is planning to file L1 for me. Am i eligible for L1 as i don't have B.E.

After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given me any slip and DD return also!!

My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..
