After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and
technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i
got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd
and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree.
Now I have education like:
SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT]
10+2+2+2=16
my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my
company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or
15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have
that much experience. so please let me know whether my
education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

As per my knowledge your study is not legal, because you r
only a Diploma holder not a Graduate.
first u complete Your Graduation & then Try for abroad.
OR
wait for three years of experience.

If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?
Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply. My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1).
