I Have already B1 visa and never travelled so far and now they initiated L1B visa for me.Please tell me what to answer in visa interview if they ask why you have not travelled with B1?

Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also told me that I want some more information from ur HR and give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper (seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application is not considered in ins....definition of specialized knowledge professional why they are different etc. My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u receive any call in next 2 weeks. Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please answer... Any idea what is this ? Does this mean its a complete rejection ? After how many days can I apply for another visa ? Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the chances ? I would appreciate an answer...

In all my certificates, name is mentioned as Arun Kumar GK...but in my passport my given name is Arun Kumar and my Surname is Krishna..Will that create any problem when i apply for US L1 visa? Please answer

I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and work experience of 6 years, regular education for 10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..
