Developers point of testing is mainly application oriented.
If the result or output meets the requirement then their
work is done. Developers lack the objectivity of testing.

Tester test the product in all aspects including the
characteristics such as reliability, scalibility,
interoperability and stress / load the system can work upon
and so on..

Really testers have lots to do than developers.

developer write the code , they always has soft corner for
their code .They think within box means means they concern
with only out put of module/system . On the other hand
tester think as tester as the client / user of this

Developers do testing based on the application.but testers
do write their own test cases based on the app.based on the
testcases tester will do execute and find bugs and send to
the developers.

I want to know the real time cycle i.e SDLC.(First of all Buisness logic is prepared,but doesn't know by whom and with the help of whom?)Similarly what are the next steps (the persons involved) and connection in between the steps.
