Before raising the defect all the testers must search in
existing defects by specifying defect description.This will
avoid duplication.If they find an existing defect which is
related to his issue, they can link the defect to his
script.

Copy the defects to excel and remove the duplicate or In
Bugzilla if u search defects u will get duplicates
