According to me every product is made for somebody in the
world.On the contrary the reason for being non liquidation
of the product can be :
1.Incomplete knowledge about the product.
2.High price of the product.etc
To overcome these kind of problems we should first look for
the current prospects of the same in the market.if they are
+ve then there must be a problem with the price acceptance
and if it is -ve,then we should spin it off in the bulk or
end of the season sale.

When you are marketing any product it is having its own customers. to liquidate the dumped or excess stocks it is your responsibility to identify the right customer and promote the product with all its benefits thereby you have to convince him to purchase your product. like that you have to create the no of customers.
once your customer is convinced you have to ensure that it should reach him within the time.
now a days price is not the issue if product has worth.

try to generate the need of your product in the mind of the
customer in such a way that when they want to but a product
of your catagory they always ask you product otherwise they
won't take, so dealer have to dispatch your product
