Call center is the customer service provider. Giving any
kind of support through phone then it is called as Voice
process. This can be of two types called as Inbound where
the customer calls for something and the outbound where the
company calls the customer to solve some queries or to
promote something about their product. Giving any kind of
support through E-mail or some kind of typing mode then it
is called as Non-voice process. The one who provide service
to the customers within the country is called as Domestic
call center and the one who provide service to other country
customers is called as International call center. For
No-Voice job the eligibility is good typing speed and some
skill which is related to the process. For the Voice job the
eligibility is good communication skill, little bit typing
skill, presence of mind, negotiation skill and some skill
which is related to the process he does.

# 3 call centre is a medium where customer problem is
solved.or
we can say it is a center of information of a particular
subject. Here cutomer asked some questions to a particular
object and problem is solved to some extent and give
satisfaction to the customer.
Here voice means sound, means problem is solved by using
telephone , mobile etc. it means problem is solved without
directly contact, only with voice.
non-voice means transfer information by using e-
mails,corrier,sms etc.

computer,internet connection, computer hardware or
software, a bank loan, mortgage, credit card, airline,
hotelo or car reservation, a cosmetic product, any retail
product.
IT can be classified on basis of various paranmeters such
as medium of service i.e voice, non voice. In voice based
Bpo's queries are answered through phone. The service could
be inbound or outbound.

and
the company.Here voice means sound,means that problem of
customer is solved through phone also company provide
information about their new product,policies and any
changes which company has made. this service is also called
as inbound or outbound process.
Here non voice means that all the customer queries are
solved through e-mail. this service also called as web
process.

call centre is nothing but customer care service like take
on exam you are the customer on vodafone sim . you have
some problem in your sim so you have to called help line .
that person going to solved your problem that is call
centre in here listening and voice is important . voice is
nothing but making call and receiving call to the customer
and solving customer problem and sell the problem .
interacing between the customer. non voice nothing but
receiveing customer mail and re solved the problem like
banking insurance mortage etc in non voice typing is very
important and also english knowledge also imp

call center is a customer service provider.which means we have to interacting with customers,who needs any information about the product.in the voice process we have to interact with the customer through phone line.so that executive should have good communication skills.non voice means giving the reply for queries through internet.for that executive should have accuracy in language.

Hi all am a btech guy,I have 6years gap,in the beginning I worked as a lecturer and thereafter I worked in abroad in a construction company.since I came back to India I had setup my own business,but that did not clicked.now am trying for a call center. So in the interview,if they ask me why am I joining in a call center what should I answer?
