This is a time when you've stretched the existing periphery
to help a person or to get out of a situation. It would be
better to explain in an interview about a situation where
you've stepped out of the normal limits to get a critical
situation resolved. Explain about what you've done
additionally apart from doing 'your job', but not taking
that extra step could not be a blame on you by the defined
work description. It is a situation where you've not done
what is required and say I've done my part. You've done
something extra that was not a mandate for you and resolved
a situation at work.
