1.No.Women shouldn't work in night shifts in a country like
India.y bcoz in a developing country like India where women
are having more responsibilities than their rights.people
may say that women are equal to men but in sharing of
household works,caring for children women are made more
responsible than the men.This imposes certain restrictions
and they are highly streesed outside and inside the
home.Not only that the biological system of women also
doesn't support sleepless nights.They may get mental stress
and hormone imbalances.Other reason is the women doesn't
have security in the society.Even some bad happens to them,
society is not in a position to support and help them.The
so called cultured and technology made women life miserable
and it is better to protect themselves from all types of
evils.so itis better not to work in night shifts.

yes,women could work in night shift as they are capable to
do so.As there is no diffrent between men and women and
over all in bpo industries there is no physicall work the
only quality they require is how perfectly she speaks and
how she can hanle the quires of customer.I believe that
india is much more save country in the world for women as
well as respect is also concern,any how it depend how you
look at this number 6 -9,we should respect the women who is
working in night as they are playing vital role in economic
growth--I beleive women are more patient&soft and can
handle a customer better then men,

1 well, according to my opinion, if women feel that working enviroment is secure for her and if she has capabilty to do the job then she can go for late night shifts.
In this way, she can also contribute towards her family financially and In this challenging world, she can be self dependent as this is very much neccesary for todays generation .

According to me it should be allow to woman late night job. cos country like India is developing and also any other countries now competitions are increasing day by day so nobody wants to loose his identity in this scenario and woman also have the same right to work with man solder to solder. And also have many desires to live their life freely N they also want to enjoy life as they want.. it would be helpful for mentally stress or It will be helpful to provide all the facilities to her kids whether it is education or living happy life.

according to my knowledge, the present situation in the homes ..and the running lifecost was increasing,making the women also to work. when the both households are being working only the life of their and their family was getting good position ...so according to the conditions of the present lifestyle i may agree for the working women , but not in the night times, because the women (mother) should be active in the housholds to make the children a good citizen..if she"s starting doing the night duties i hope she cannot concentrate on their children due to some mental tension"s..or other...
