1.No.Women shouldn't work in night shifts in a country like
India.y bcoz in a developing country like India where women
are having more responsibilities than their rights.people
may say that women are equal to men but in sharing of
household works,caring for children women are made more
responsible than the men.This imposes certain restrictions
and they are highly streesed outside and inside the
home.Not only that the biological system of women also
doesn't support sleepless nights.They may get mental stress
and hormone imbalances.Other reason is the women doesn't
have security in the society.Even some bad happens to them,
society is not in a position to support and help them.The
so called cultured and technology made women life miserable
and it is better to protect themselves from all types of
evils.so itis better not to work in night shifts.
