According to me it should be allow to woman late night job. cos country like India is developing and also any other countries now competitions are increasing day by day so nobody wants to loose his identity in this scenario and woman also have the same right to work with man solder to solder. And also have many desires to live their life freely N they also want to enjoy life as they want.. it would be helpful for mentally stress or It will be helpful to provide all the facilities to her kids whether it is education or living happy life.
