hi ....

for any GD its important that u stand tall among the
group..it is always gud to be the person to initiate the
GD..this gives an opinion that u r self-motivated and shows
ur leadership qualities....
the other very important aspect in GD is the art of
listening.....u shud always be a gud listener...give others
an oppertunity to speak out ...learn from it..and plz dont
object anyones views directly though u dont agree. try
being polite and tell them " that was a nice tip...well it
cud also be...........say ur point" and go on to say...what
is ur opinion on it to the person ....which makes the other
person comfortable.....

now to personal iterview...

Dress appropriately--- This one may seem basic, but it's
easier said than done. Before you start your rounds of
interviews, be sure to have a comfortable, clean, fairly
conservative outfit. Don't neglect such crucial details as
dark socks for guys or stockings without rips for women.
Invest in a nice folder or portfolio in which to stash your
resumes

Memorize your resume----try and answer all the possible
questions from ur resume by urself or have a mock
interview.....a friend.that wil make u confident.

Relax---- By the time interview day rolls around, you
should be set. Get a good night's sleep, eat well and take
a relaxing walk beforehand. And remember, it's just one
job. If you don't get it, it's not the end of the world -
it just means that fate has an even better opportunity for
you waiting around the corner.
