How can you handle stress or pressure?..

I can hundle stress by making stress an inspiration to work
hard more to pursue the particular goal of my work, in
other hand by Gods grace we can overcome it...meanwhile
just to enhale and exhale then relax and ask guidance,pray
to God to give us more strenght to persevere and over come
the stress/pressure that we encounter...

work.You must have a healthy balance on it because if you
dont know to handle it you may end up nothing.

If we get tensed then will make n no of mistakes so let it be any kind of pressure just relax and think what is the problem and how to sort out with a cool mind.
