2x=6y
x=3y
so, (7x+4y)/(x-2y)
ans...
=(7(3y)+4y)/(3y-2y)
=(21y+4y)/y
=25y/y
=25

step 1-> x/y=3*2/2==> x/y = 3
x=3y
step 2-> put x=3y in equation 1
(3y+4y)/(3y-2y)==> 7y/y==> 7
