1. check whether the power supply is proper or not
2. check the socket is well connected to the electric board and power is supplied properly to the socket
3. check whether the bulb is lighten when we place it in a socket
4. check whether the bulb lights in the mentioned color (blue bulb gives bule light)
5. check whether the pins fits correctly for the given socket
6. check the filament attached correctly
7. check the height,length,width of the filament
8. check the thickness of the glass
9. check the heat resistance of the glass by supplying high voltage to the bulb
10.check the watts capacity of the bulb
11.check whether the light lightens in low power supply
12.check the brand name and watts capacity is correctly printed on the bulb (40 watts bulb should consume only 40
watts, not more or less than it)
13.check low long the light is on.
14. continuosly repeat the action by swirching ON and OFF and check the bulb resistance to it.

1.check whether the bulb is glowing or not.
2.check whether the bulb is made up of glass or not.
3.check whether the bulb having filament or not.
4.check whether it satisfies customer requirements or not.
5.check the voltage mentioned in requirements matched or not.
6.check company name of the bulb and ISO symbol is there or not.
6.check the heat resistence of bulb by passing high voltage
7.check the color of bulb as it matches the requirements or not (ex:color of glowing is yellow means it should glow in yellow)
8.check the thickness of glass whether it is very thin,easily brokable or not
9.check whether the number of watt is marked on bulb or not(ex: 60 watt means, 60 watt should be mentioned on the bulb)
10.check the glowing capacity of bulb as mentioned in requirements.
11.check by switching on and off the bulb whether it gets easily fused or not.
12.Check the pin points so the bulb fix in all type of
holders or not

Hi..Everybody..!
1)Test the bulb size with Actuall size.
2)The Bulb is meeting its present Watts capatity ti actuall
watts capacity ot not.
3)test thr bulb by passing power.its see its giving light
good or not.
4) Supply less voltage and check its working condition.
5)Check its pins so that bulb should fit in all bulb
holders or not.
5)Bulb should light power is suppled by battry.
6)Thinkness of glass,
7) Check for clors if bulb is made up of colors.

effect .

Check if it is a bulb
drop it and check if it gets broken it was made of glass
put it in a socket if it lighten up it is a bulb
look closely after putting it in socket , if you get blind
it is a light bulb
if you are not blind , it is a fused bulb
