1.Working more hours
2.Using Highly skilled testers in corresponding project
domain.
3.Prioritizing the test cases,and executing the only
highlevel testcases.

i have got the same kind of experience.then i made a
planout where i distributed the work to my team and was
keeping a full vigil on them, we have completed the task in
one weeks time.at the same time i was also looking into
functionality and bugs related issues.

Just simple Make time table for 2 day's according to bug
problum distribute work to team
and select only those tester who can work fast because
finely work will don by tester

Well I think, that the lead should see what the client
wants in the release. Then accordingly the prioritization
should be done of modules and work should be delegated
amongst the team. This will help the team to atleast test
the most important modules that are required by the client.

Similarly, if it is a maintenance project and this
situation arises, then I think the bugs which are on
highest priority should be given first preference.

As a responsible team lead, the person should think of the
below points before going to start testing:

1.Gather the testcases and find the highly prioritized test
cases to be finish.
2.With the design and Fun specs, risk mitigation documents
and find out the risk areas where we have much scope to get
errors.
3.Check the similar scenarios, where we got errors
previously and test them thorougly...not to get those
errors again
4.If we are working for a maintenance project then, we must
not fail to test regression test cases.
5.Must and should follow this step....
-->Choose such a test case, where testing one TC can cover
two or more test finctionalities.
-->lead should have healthy and effective communication
with the team so that, no one should test repetitive
testing...one is testing a scenario which is already tested
by other tester.

if teamleader ask like that. first we have to arrange the
test cases in priority wise (ie. in terms of release ).and
remaining test cases next.and he want complete whole means
we have to spend more time ask for time ,man power.
