If you are a team leader and u have to complete your
testing job of 5 days into 2 days, how would u handle this
situation with team members?

As a responsible team lead, the person should think of the
below points before going to start testing:
1.Gather the testcases and find the highly prioritized test
cases to be finish.
2.With the design and Fun specs, risk mitigation documents
and find out the risk areas where we have much scope to get
errors.
3.Check the similar scenarios, where we got errors
previously and test them thorougly...not to get those
errors again
4.If we are working for a maintenance project then, we must
not fail to test regression test cases.
5.Must and should follow this step....
-->Choose such a test case, where testing one TC can cover
two or more test finctionalities.
-->lead should have healthy and effective communication
with the team so that, no one should test repetitive
testing...one is testing a scenario which is already tested
by other tester.
