Hi..
BRS:- In short Business Requirement Specification is a
document which explains the expected out put what exactly
the client wants. This is the first document which will be
referred by development team and testing team from start to end.
It contains the details of the end to end business. What are
all the process they wants to implement. It could be a new
feature or existing one.
In general this document will help to understand the clients
requirements.
SRS:- Software Requirement Specification defines all the
requiremnets of the software to build it.
FRS:- The Functional Requirements Specification defines a
system to meet the users needs as specified in the User
Requirement Specification.

BRS-- brs means business requirement specification. This
document is defined for the requirements for the customer
specification. these document is also developed by the
business analyst catageroy people
SRS -- sirs means system requirement specification. This
document is defined for the respect of the brs. These
document also developed by the business analyst category
people.

Business Requirement Specification defines the Requirements
of the Customer to be developed as software, it is also
known as Customer Requirement Specification/User
Requirement Specification document, Generally prepared by
Business Analysts or senior Functional consultants
Software Requirement Specification Document (SRS): SRS/ FRS
Software Requirement Specification defines Functional
Requirements to be developed and system Requirements to be
used.
Major difference was we use BRS as an reference for
preparing SRS/FRS

BRS: (Business Requirement Specification)
It means compy people gather the requirements & placed in
BRS document.
Eg.If the person is having 75% below attendance then 25% of
fee increases
In short BRS document contains all non-technical
requriments.
SRS: (Software Requirement Specification)
As the name itself specifies that it specifies based on BRS
like wht ever requirements based on that, what are the
software required will be specified..
BRS-- also called as user Document
SRS-- also called as FRS(Functional Requirement
Specification) or (Functional Requirement Speck)
