What is BPO?
It is a acronym for Business Process Outsourcing. The advanced countries in the Europe, especially United States, came up with this idea to over come the shortage of skilled human resource in their country. Their focus was mainly on India because they knew India is a pool of skilled and cheap laborers.

perhaps because it's the only industry where the average
age of an employee is between 18 and 28 years. Anyone with
good written and verbal English proficiency, sound
communication skills and willing to work in different
shifts can secure a job in the BPO industry.
