107,117,127,137,147,157,167,170,171,172,173,174,175,176,177,
178,179,187,197.
so totally 20 7's in 100-200.
so totally we have (20*9 +1) sevens b/w 100-999.totalling
181.

therefore prob is 181/((999-100)+2)=181/901=0.2009
